MDlive is a major telehealth platform providing virtual healthcare services across the United States to over 60 million members. At the time, the company lacked a cohesive visual identity and blended heavily into the broader telehealth space. Tasked with developing foundational concepts for company leadership, I created creative systems, brand tonality, and visual direction across multiple channels, applying the concepts across digital and physical brand experiences. The work focused on establishing a more distinctive look and feel by moving away from generic stock photography and introducing approachable 3D character concepts, custom iconography, and motion-driven assets. The result was a more recognizable and human-centered visual direction designed to help separate the brand from its competitors.
